Wasn't able to track down the doc referred to here, most of it went into http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/genomics-reporting/index.html#guiding-principles. In terms of having a resource to show where the core extensions map to our IG, I'm not sure it needs to be in the IG itself, we had voted to reduce/remove this section previously, so would have to overturn.
