The following changes were agreed upon based on discussion on Pharmacy Teleconference April 30, 2018:

1. Fix cost attribute - change formulary to "source" and change cardinality to 0..1

2. Change MedicineClassification to a codeableConcept

3. Change name of "name" to "Synonym" and add a description

4. Remove "description" attribute
