Description
In DSTU2, each resource type had its own search parameters defined. For most of the resource types, the patient search parameter had only a single target defined and the target resource type was Patient. Aside: One exception to this was the Procedure-patient search parameter which also had a target for Group.
In STU3, it looks like the clinical-patient common/shared search parameter was defined with targets of both Patient and Group for a handful of resources. Aside: Other resources still include their own *-patient search parameters.
However, the resource HTML pages (e.g. http://build.fhir.org/procedure.html#search) still list the search parameter with an expression like:
Procedure.subject
(Patient)
In fact, for some resources, that is the only difference between the patient search parameter and a corresponding one called subject.
Should those all be updated to "Procedure.subject (Patient, Group)" ?
Or is there somewhere else in the normative/XML definition that further scopes these search parameters to only Patient (and not Group)?
I just checked the latest build and it still seems to match what I describe for STU3.
