      Need to include the Observation-genticsAcesstry profile element into the IG.

      Lloyd: *Is this different from the family history profile?
      *Lei:       Yes, it is different from FamilyHistory.
      Lloyd: It's not appropriate to capture this as an extension - it should be a separate Observation profile. We'll need to determine where in the overall IG it should fit.
