supportingInfo never qualifies what is being ordered. It provides additional information that may be used in fulfillment of the order - e.g. recent labs, clinical gender, height, weight, etc. If the supportingInformation were all yanked out, it wouldn't change the nature of the order at all - it would just require the filler to query the patient's record if there was additional patient information needed. If there's a need to qualify the order, that needs to be done in another element (e.g. add a bodySite element.)
