    Description

Various comments on the Documents page.

1/ In 2.23.1 Document Content it says "...followed by a series of other resources, referenced from the Composition resource, that provide supporting evidence for the document."

I suggest replacing "supporting evidence for" with "the substantive content of".

2/ In 2.23.1 Document Content it says "Any resource referenced directly in the Composition SHALL be included in the bundle when the document is assembled."

I presume that such resources can be contained within the Composition, make that clear.

3/ 2.23.1.1 Document Presentation is incomplete, conflicts with statement 2/ and uses terms from DSTU1.

It says "...Additional resources can be included in the bundle (e.g. resources referenced from the List that represent the section.content SHOULD be in the bundle, and other additional resources they reference can be included), ..."

This conflicts with statement 2/ above, in making optional the inclusion in the bundle those resources that are referenced from Composition.l

This also uses 'section.content' (from DSTU1) instead of 'section.entry'

The section does not make clear what content is good practice to present. Are the details of the author part of the composition narrative? I guess so. What about the details of the subject? That makes it hard to not repeat them.

The section does not explain what 'the presentation of the document' includes and what it excludes.
