      I suggest:

      .category would be 'info'.

      .code: the system, to identify an occurrance or value code system, and the value of the occurance or value code

      .timing the date or period if it is an occurance span code

      .value the value associated with the code.

      The codesets are owned by AMA and should have a standard identifier added such that they can be used in FHIR by those with the rights to do so.

    Description

      Hello, we are developing an iOS application and are planning to implement the UB-04 claim form in our application. In the UB-04 form, there are some occurrence codes and value codes which do not map for any element in the claim resource. Therefore, its my humble request to add valuesets for occurrence codes and value codes.
