We propose to add the race and ethnicity to a US Realm specific FamilyMemberHIstory-genetic profile to make it US realm specific.

One of the reasons this change is necessary, is that the familyMemberHistory-genetic profile is used for calculation of risk for various cancers. Since race and ethnicity are needed for calculating some of the risks, we would like to add these to the FamilyMemberHistory-Genetic profile US Realm.
