Description

XDS is not a single endpoint. There are typically 4 recipient endpoints: query (ITI-18), retrieve (ITI-43), publish documents (with metadata) (ITI-41), and publish metadata (ITI-42). (There are a couple of other transactions which may their own endpoints too.) I expect only the first two are relevant for FHIR.

For XCA there are recipient endpoints for two transactions: query (ITI-38) and retrieve (ITI-39).

There should probably be separate codes for each of these
