Proposed Wording

Suggest to include in the in the detail info template also some Marketing authorization data (as Marketing Auth Number, issuer and holder ) as optional elements. The eHDSi (EU cross-border services) specification has defined an ad hoc extension for conveying the Marketing Auth holder, it might be good to have common extensions to deal with such a kind of data.
