      The C-CDA 2.1 August 2022 Errata Release includes errata changes to the Result Observation, see https://jira.hl7.org/browse/CDA-20051. 

      Will update "Assessment Performed" to include a conformance statement indicating if data type is PQ similar to what's in the updated Result Observation and be aligned with the resolution to CDA-20051.

    Description

      Could we have the Quality Data Model Template "Assessment Performed (V3)" updated to contain a similar conformance statement from the Results Observation template about unit if xsi:type ="PQ" ?
