Proposed Wording

Correct the typo in CONF:1140-28374, from "2014-04-05" to "2015-04-05" b. SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @extension="2014-04-05" (CONF:1140-28374). Also correct the example to show extension="2015-04-05" in Figure 102: Medication Supply Request (V2)
