eICR 1.0 comment 1093 brought forward for eICR 1.1 (original commenter Catherine Staes) Occupational content: the 74 requested elements encompassed the following content: - current occupation - usual occupation - current industry - usual industry - current job title - current employer name, phone and address - occupational exposure questions It is not clear how the occupational information would be systematically included in the social history observation section. how would the implementer know to pull that information into the eICR? Proposed Wording

Include a specific template for occupational history that encompasses the following information so if it is available in the eICR: - current occupation - there is a slot for including a value for this in the social history template, but not sure if the implementation guide would tell someone to populate it with this info - usual occupation - current industry - usual industry - current job title - current employer name, phone and address - occupational exposure questions
