1) Remove ValueSet Health Insurance Type urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.3221.5.2 from the IG (and the value set release)
2) Change the reference to bind directly to the X12N Insurance Type code system to be referenced using the OID 2.16.840.1.113883.6.255.1336 DYNAMIC.
3) Update the list of Code systems in the guide to include ""X12N Insurance Type"" code system with that identifier."
