      11/16/2017 This is a C-CDA template (Result Observation (V3)) and this is not an error. There are two interpretationCode in this example. An Observation can contain an interpretationCode that comes after the value in the Observation. It can also contain a referenceRange that contains an observationRange which also contains it's own interpretationCode. So it's actually possible for an Observation such as this one to contain 2 interpretationCodes

      The sample xml in figure 48 on page 195 of volume 2 includes an interpretationCode field after the value filed within the referenceRange tags. I believe this is an error. The interpretationCode is described in the associated text to be included after the fields for code, then statusCode, then effectivetime, then value, then interpretationCode. Low
